Perfect place for the startups to grow. They provide you everything. Parking is a trouble there.

Good working environment accompanied with roaming stray dogs and cows. Makes people always be aware of their surroundings. If you don't, YOU WILL STEP IN COW DUNK or some old metal parts lying around (and get infected and probably die. That's another scenario.)
