Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Product Development Scientist/ product development associate. The responsibilities include developing and reformulating personal care and homecare products, conducting experimental trials, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, consumer panels, and external partners to validate product performance, claims, and quality. Additionally, the candidate will document findings, optimize processes, and contribute to innovation and cost-saving initiatives. Qualifications Product Development and Formulation expertise in personal care and homecare categories 1-5 years of experience R&D in home and personal care categories Experience in Process Optimization, Performance Understanding, and Regulatory Compliance Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
