Job Title: Branch Manager - Microfinance Job Description: As a Branch Manager in the field of microfinance, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the achievement of disbursement targets with minimum delinquency. Enabling business growth by recruiting and managing team in the assigned territories for deeper market penetration and reach. Do regular (daily and weekly) field visits and meet customers for new business generation and for regular & overdue collection. Maintaining a healthy portfolio quality by regularly tracking, monitoring and controlling overdue accounts. Daily review with team members regarding business targets and achievement and resolve the pain areas. Key Responsibilities are as follows. 1. Staff management: Engage with the field staff and ensure that they deliver as per their target. 2. Target: 1. 100% collection is one of the key responsibilities. 2. Meeting the given disbursement target for the month/quarter. 3. Recruitment: You need to recruit credit assistants and other related staff for your branch / region. 4. Compliance: You need to ensure that all compliance are in place as far as field operation is concerned. 5. Training and Development: You are supposed to train staffs under you so that they can perform to the best of their ability. Qualifications and Skills: • Prior experience in microfinance industry is mandatory. • Prior experience of managing Rs. 3 to 5 crores microfinance portfolio is mandatory. • Current ABMs in any microfinance institution (MFI) can apply. Salary range is Rs. 25,000 – Rs. 35,000, depending upon the experience and current salary of the candidate.
