1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (High Priority) Manage continuous hiring for EPC engineers, project managers, site supervisors, technicians, tendering staff, finance roles, and RESCO project teams. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, and referrals. Conduct initial screening calls and schedule interviews with department heads. Build a strong manpower pipeline to support tender wins and new project mobilisations. 2. Onboarding & HR Documentation Prepare offer letters, joining forms, and employee files. Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new recruits. Maintain updated employee records and documentation templates. 3. Statutory Compliance: EPF & ESI Register eligible employees under EPF and ESI portals. Coordinate monthly EPF/ESI challans with the accounts or compliance agency. Maintain compliance documents, employee eligibility lists, and PF/ESI forms. Support employees with PF withdrawals, transfers, and ESI card issues. Ensure statutory compliance across HO and project sites. 4. Payroll Input & HR Operations Manage attendance, leaves, timesheets, and site-level manpower records. Prepare accurate monthly payroll inputs for the accounts team. Maintain HR databases, joining/exits, and policy compliance. 5. Site Coordination & Manpower Support Act as the first HR point of contact for project sites. Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of site staff for EPC & RESCO projects. Address grievances and ensure smooth HR communication with site teams. 6. HR Reporting & Administration Maintain hiring dashboards, manpower trackers, attendance reports, and compliance records. Provide weekly and monthly HR updates to management. Assist in drafting HR policies as the organisation scales.
