If you’ve previously delivered strong online sales growth and love taking full ownership—this role is for you. 🔍 What You’ll Own D2C Website Manage end-to-end online sales funnel Improve conversion rate, run offers, manage listings Track analytics, retargeting, repeat purchases Amazon & Flipkart Full account management: listings, A+ content, PPC ads Drive category growth & visibility Monitor reviews, pricing, deals & buy box Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart) Set up and manage SKUs Work on replenishment, visibility & promotions Coordinate with category managers Growth & Analytics Weekly dashboards: ROAS, ACOS, conversions, sell-through Competitor tracking & market insights Ops & Coordination Work with warehouse for smooth order flow Handle inventory planning and packaging alignment 💼 Who We’re Looking For 3–6 years of experience in E-Commerce/D2C sales Proven track record of growing sales across D2C + marketplaces Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central + Flipkart Seller Hub Experience with quick-commerce listings (Blinkit/Zepto/Instamart) Strong understanding of performance marketing & analytics A true one-man army who can handle multiple platforms independently Must be based in Delhi NCR Bonus: Experience in beauty, FMCG, or sports categories. ✨ Why Join Us?
