This is a foundational leadership role , responsible for both building the marketing team and leading the marketing and sales strategy . You’ll work directly with the founders to define our brand, drive lead generation, and grow our customer base globally. What You’ll Do Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy across digital, content, performance, and brand. Build and lead a high-performing marketing team from the ground up. Collaborate with product and design teams to align messaging with product vision and roadmap. Create and oversee sales enablement tools, pitch decks, case studies, and lead-gen campaigns. Establish a predictable marketing and sales funnel through campaigns, partnerships, and account-based marketing. Own metrics around growth, ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and customer lifetime value (LTV). Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and customer meetings when needed. What We’re Looking For 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, AI, or fashion-tech domains. Proven experience in scaling early-stage products to market — preferably from 0 to 1. Strong leadership experience and a history of building teams . Data-driven mindset with deep knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics. Exceptional storytelling, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to thrive in a startup environment: agile, resourceful, proactive, and execution-focused.
