You will play a key role in expanding our presence in schools and colleges, building meaningful institutional partnerships, and driving student engagement. Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with schools and colleges for seminars, events, and partnerships. Pitch InGelt's study abroad programs to institutions and students. Coordinate and manage education fairs and seminars. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Support marketing and lead generation campaigns. Report performance metrics and optimize outreach strategies. Role Overview We are seeking a Germany Applications & Visa Specialist who has hands-on experience with public universities in Germany. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students through application submissions, documentation, university requirements, and visa processes for Germany. Key Responsibilities Handle complete application process to German public universities via Uni-Assist and direct portals. Review and prepare student documentation (SOPs, LORs, transcripts, certified translations, APS certificates, etc.). Guide students on eligibility checks, Anabin recognition, and Studienkolleg requirements. Manage visa filing process including blocked account, health insurance, embassy interview preparation, and financial proofs. Stay updated on APS procedures, German embassy requirements, and university deadlines. Coordinate with counseling and admissions team to ensure smooth student onboarding. Track student progress, maintain application status reports, and provide regular updates. Requirements Proven experience in handling applications and visa filing for Germany (especially public universities). Strong understanding of Uni-Assist, APS India, Anabin, and German visa requirements. Excellent communication skills (English; German language skills are a plus). Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple student cases simultaneously. Bachelor’s degree (Education, Management, or related field preferred). Why Join InGelt?
