Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Quality Control located in New Delhi. The Assistant Manager Quality Control will oversee quality assurance and control processes, ensure compliance with industry standards, inspect materials and finished products, and monitor production to maintain quality benchmarks. Key responsibilities include conducting audits, identifying quality issues, implementing corrective actions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain product excellence and reliability. Qualifications Strong Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills, including process inspection and compliance monitoring Knowledge of production processes, defect analysis, and statistical quality measurement tools Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to implement corrective and preventive actions Excellent communication, documentation, and team collaboration skills Familiarity with ISO & IATF standards and audit management is preferred Experience in the Automotive, Telecom, or Electric Vehicle industries is an advantage A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
