Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Delivery Management Manage timely and bug free delivery of the projects assigned Manage the day-to-day tasks of the team to ensure timely delivery Application Development: Design, develop, and deploy scalable and high-performance web applications using the MERN stack. Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with the front-end applications. Code Quality and Optimization: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices. Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Database Management: Design and maintain robust, scalable, and secure databases using MongoDB. Implement data modeling, indexing, and query optimization. Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions. Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Testing and Debugging: Develop and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests. Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues. Technology Upgrades and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest developments in the MERN stack and related technologies. Propose and implement improvements to the existing codebase and development processes. Preferred candidate profile from Pune Based Preferred Qualifications: Tech / MCA in Computer Science or equivalent extensive professional experience Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker. Exposure to cloud platforms like Google Cloud. Understanding of web security best practices.
