Infuencer Marketing Associate

Job Highlights:

This is a full-time on-site role as an Influencer Marketing Associate. As an Influencer Marketing Associate, Develop and execute influencer strategies, manage creator relationship, negotiate deals. You will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with influencer track marketing campaigns KPIs, ensure compliance. This includes managing communication with influencers, coordinating & executing brand campaigns.

Key Resposbilities:

1. Develop & execute influencer marketing strategies across Instgram, Youtube & emerging platforms.

2. Build and manage relationship with nano, micro, macro and celebrity influencers.

3. Identify creators that align with Midutys target audience and product categories.

4. Negotiate commercial terms and ensure maximum ROI every collaboration.

5. Drive influencer-led launches for new products and campaigns.

6. Coordinate with performance marketing and creative team to repurpose influencer content into high-performance ads.

7. Build a repeatable creator pipeline instead of one-time collaboration. 8. Manage influencer contracts, payments, gifting and compliance.

9. Analyze competitor influencer strategies and identify whit-space opportunities.

10. Track campaign KPIs including:

ROAS

CAC

Reach & Engagement

Content Quality

Sales Attribution

Preferred candidate profile:-

Candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing/Digital Marketing, preferably from an agency background, with hands-on experience in creator sourcing, Macro to Nano creator management, influencer campaigns, costing & negotiation, and client coordination.
