The Infrastructure Support Specialist will be responsible for delivering robust IT infrastructure solutions that enhance the organization's operational efficiency. The role involves managing hardware, software, and network issues, implementing security measures, and leveraging Azure Cloud services to optimize infrastructure performance. The specialist will collaborate with various departments to drive and support technological initiatives.

• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• Manage and maintain IT systems and infrastructure to ensure they align with company standards and objectives.
• Deploy and oversee Azure Cloud-based infrastructure solutions.
• Implement security protocols and monitor infrastructure to safeguard organizational data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and enhance IT solutions.
• Maintain thorough documentation of technical systems, processes, and procedures.
• All other duties, as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a closely related role. Expertise in systems and network administration. Proven experience in managing Azure Cloud and utilizing virtualization services. Relevant certifications such as Azure Administration/Security, MCSE, CCNA, are highly desirable.

• Strong proficiency in Azure Cloud platforms and related tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
