Job Summary: The MEP Project Manager oversees all aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems on construction projects. This includes project planning, coordination, budgeting, quality control, and ensuring work is completed according to design, schedule, and cost parameters. The role requires collaboration with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within the overall project framework. Key Responsibilities: * Plan, manage, and coordinate all MEP aspects of construction projects from pre-construction through close-out. * Review and approve MEP shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. * Manage the MEP project schedule and ensure timely execution of work. * Liaise with consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure design intent and quality are achieved. * Ensure that MEP works are executed in accordance with contract documents, local codes, and safety standards. * Monitor project budget and control costs while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. * Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance and resolve technical issues. * Facilitate coordination meetings with the design and construction teams to resolve interdisciplinary conflicts. * Prepare regular progress reports, documentation, and updates for stakeholders. * Lead testing, commissioning, and handover processes for MEP systems. Qualifications: * BTech, BE electrical * Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP project management, ideally in large-scale commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.
