Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the loan DSA industry, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client relationships effectively. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads for various loan products (Home Loan, LAP, Personal Loan, Business Loan etc.). Maintain relationships with clients and ensure smooth end-to-end loan processing. Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team targets. Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for file processing and approvals. Guide clients on documentation, eligibility, and product features. Follow up with clients for timely submissions and disbursement. Maintain MIS and report daily to the team leader/sales head. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and latest loan products. Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines. Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales within the Loan DSA industry . Strong knowledge of loan products, processing, and documentation. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Knows how to build connectors (existing connectors are a plus) Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets consistently. Proficient in MS Office. Graduation in any stream; MBA/PG preferred but not mandatory. Salary: As per industry standards and based on current CTC and experience. Attractive incentives on disbursement and target achievements.
