Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Purchase Executive to manage procurement of spare parts, consumables, and services for heavy construction equipment. The role involves vendor development, price negotiation, timely procurement, and inventory management to ensure maximum equipment uptime and cost efficiency. Responsibilities: Source and procure spare parts, lubricants, and consumables for excavators, loaders, cranes, dumpers, etc. Develop and maintain relationships with OEM and aftermarket vendors. Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Ensure timely delivery of parts to project sites and workshops. Coordinate with maintenance teams for accurate requirement forecasting. Maintain purchase records, supplier performance data, and inventory levels. Support cost control and process improvement initiatives. Requirements: Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. 3–6 years’ experience in procurement within construction equipment/mining industry. Strong knowledge of OEM and aftermarket spare parts. Good negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office & ERP/Inventory systems.
