We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Lead with 6+ years of hands-on experience in global network and data center setups. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing enterprise networks and data centers with a strong focus on security, firewalls, cloud integration, and network incident management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage global LAN/WAN networks and data center infrastructure.
• Manage data center operations from both network and server perspectives.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain active network devices, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Implement and manage VLANs, micro-segmentation, and network segmentation for performance and security.
• Partner with Managed SOC teams to investigate and resolve network- and firewall-related security incidents (L3 support).
• Ensure robust network and data center security through firewalls, VPNs, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex enterprise-level network, server, and cloud network issues across global locations.
• Network asset management and monitoring to track devices, ensure compliance, and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional international teams to maintain high availability and performance.
• Maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and recommend improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in network and data center administration, preferably with global exposure.
• Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN, routing, switching, VPNs, firewalls, servers, VLANs, micro-segmentation, cloud networks, and network incident management.
• Experience working with SOC teams and performing L3 investigations focused on network and firewall issues.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications:

CCNP, CCIE, or CISSP (preferred)
