We are looking for an IT Project Manager to lead enterprise software projects from requirements gathering through deployment and customer acceptance. You will work closely with clients, engineering, QA, and business teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards.

The role requires strong planning, clear communication, technical understanding, and ownership of delivery.

• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, resource requirements, and milestones with clients and internal teams.
• Create and maintain project plans, track progress, and resolve delivery bottlenecks.
• Coordinate engineering, QA, DevOps, product, and implementation teams.
• Translate business requirements into actionable tasks with clear acceptance criteria.
• Manage client communication, review meetings, status reports, and escalations.
• Identify risks and dependencies early, assign owners, and track mitigation actions.
• Manage changes to scope, timelines, and budgets through an agreed change-control process.
• Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives where appropriate.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, deployment, documentation, and handover to support teams.
• Track delivery metrics and improve estimation, execution, and release processes.
• Ensure project decisions, responsibilities, and commitments are documented and followed through.

• Proven experience delivering enterprise software or IT implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of APIs, databases, cloud platforms, integrations, and deployment processes.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, or equivalent.
• Strong skills in estimation, scheduling, resource planning, and risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain technical issues to business stakeholders.
• Experience handling client expectations, competing priorities, and delivery escalations.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, IT, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience with AI/ML, SaaS, cybersecurity, or data platform projects.
• Exposure to enterprise security reviews, compliance requirements, and on-premises or private-cloud deployments.
• Experience working with international clients and external implementation partners.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification.

• Predictable delivery against agreed milestones, scope, and budgets.
• Clear visibility into project progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Timely resolution of issues and effective coordination across teams.
• Successful customer acceptance and smooth transition to ongoing support.
