Information Technology Executive

Role Overview:

The IT Support Executive will be responsible for providing end-user technical support, maintaining IT assets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operation of desktops, laptops, peripherals, and collaboration tools across BiofuelCircle locations.

Responsibilities:

Asset & Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate records of IT assets including allocation, movement, and returns.
• Assist in periodic asset audits and compliance checks.
• Co-ordinate with vendors for repairs, replacements, and warranty support.

Microsoft 365 & Collaboration Tools Support

• Provide end-user support for:
• Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint
• Assist in basic user account management activities under guidance.
• Incident & Request Management
• Prioritize issues based on impact and urgency as per SLA.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the IT Support Manager or relevant teams.

End-User Support & Desktop Operations

• Provide Level 1 / Level 2 support for end users.
• Configure, deploy, maintain, and support:
• Desktops, laptops, printers, scanners
• Mobile devices, tablets, and accessories
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to:
• Windows OS, basic android (good to have macOS)
• Application software (Microsoft Office business apps)
• Handle user on-boarding and off-boarding activities (device setup, access provisioning, and handover)

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
• Mobile Device Management, M365 Administration, IT Asset Management,
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users, Customer-focused, patient, proactive, team player etc.
