As an Information Systems Engineer 4 at Adobe, you will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in shaping the Finance Operations in Bangalore. You will be part of a dedicated team working in a dynamic environment, contributing to the development of innovative solutions for Finance operations. Your expertise in front-end development using React or Angular, back-end development with Node.js, and database management with SQL will be instrumental in building scalable and high-performance web applications that enhance Financial processes. Your contributions will be essential in Adobe's mission to revolutionize customer interactions through cutting-edge digital experiences. Your responsibilities will include: Front-End Development: - Crafting intuitive user interfaces using React.js or Angular. - Ensuring cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and a seamless user experience. - Optimizing front-end components for maximum performance. Back-End Development: - Building robust and scalable APIs and microservices using Node.js. - Implementing RESTful services to support front-end functionalities. - Ensuring secure data transactions and efficient business logic implementation. Database Management: - Designing, developing, and maintaining relational databases using SQL. - Optimizing queries for performance and managing data integrity. - Handling database migrations, backup, and recovery processes. Collaboration & Project Involvement: - Working closely with Product Managers, UI/UX designers, and fellow developers. - Participating in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions. - Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following standard methodologies. To succeed in this role, you will need: - Strong proficiency in React.js or Angular (version 8+ preferred) for front-end development. - Hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, and RESTful API development for back-end tasks. - Proficiency in SQL (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar) for database management. - Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. - Experience with version control systems like Git and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a continuous learning mindset. Preferred Skills: - Experience in procurement related projects. - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines. - Familiarity with SnapLogic is an added advantage. - Relevant certifications in React, Angular, Node.js, or database management are a plus.
