Informatica MDM Administrator

Enqora Solutions is looking for an experienced Informatica MDM Administrator with strong hands-on expertise in Informatica MDM platform administration, installation, configuration, upgrades, integration, and production support.

The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Informatica MDM 10.x, ActiveVOS, Business Entity Services (BES), Entity 360, and MDM Hub configuration.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer, and upgrade Informatica MDM platforms.
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and access privileges.
• Handle environment refreshes, code deployments, backups, recovery, and security procedures.
• Provide operational and production support for Informatica MDM applications.
• Configure and maintain MDM Hub components, including Match Rules, Survivorship, Validation, Cleanse Rules, Mappings, Base Objects, and Landing Tables.
• Design and support workflows using ActiveVOS BPM.
• Configure Business Entity Services (BES) and Entity 360 using the Provisioning Tool.
• Perform performance tuning, match-rule optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Support batch and real-time integrations with enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients on MDM enhancements and upgrades.
• Maintain technical documentation and support testing activities.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of relevant experience in Informatica MDM administration and support.
• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica MDM 10.x installation, configuration, and upgrades.
• Expertise in ActiveVOS BPM, BES, Entity 360, and MDM Hub.
• Experience with match rules, survivorship, cleanse rules, validation rules, and data mappings.
• Knowledge of Informatica IDQ, IICS, and batch/real-time integrations.
• Strong database knowledge in Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Sybase, or Teradata.
• Experience with Windows, Unix, or Linux scripting.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud-based MDM deployments on AWS or Azure.
• Informatica C360 SaaS.
• Integration with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, PowerApps, D&B, or cloud databases.
• Data governance and data stewardship.
• Experience with multi-domain data modeling and MDM workshops.
