Job Title:
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Informatica IDMC Developer with 4–7 years of experience in data integration, ETL development, and cloud-based data management. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), designing and developing data integration workflows, and supporting data pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data integration workflows using Informatica IDMC.
- Build and optimize mappings, mapping tasks, taskflows, and synchronization tasks.
- Develop ETL/ELT pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources.
- Work with cloud and on-premises data sources, databases, flat files, APIs, and other data systems.
- Perform data transformations, data cleansing, validation, and quality checks.
- Monitor job execution, troubleshoot failures, and optimize performance.
- Implement error handling, logging, scheduling, and workflow dependency management.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, QA teams, and other developers.
- Support production deployments, incident resolution, and ongoing maintenance.
- Follow data governance, security, and development standards.
Required Skills
- 4–7 years of experience in Informatica ETL and data integration.
- Hands-on experience with
Informatica IDMC (IICS)
. - Strong knowledge of Cloud Data Integration (CDI).
- Experience in mappings, transformations, mapping tasks, and taskflows.
- Good knowledge of SQL, including complex queries, joins, and performance tuning.
- Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and data modelling.
- Experience in debugging, performance optimization, and production support.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Informatica Cloud Data Quality (CDQ).
- Knowledge of REST APIs, web services, and file-based integrations.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, deployment, and version control.
- Knowledge of Informatica Cloud Application Integration or metadata management is an advantage.
