Used Laptop Purchase, we have found the problem in flap and have reported him with 7 days, but no response recd from the Pinnacle over it (as 1 month any problem will be consider as told by him) , also he didnt handover the old harddisk, as we have purchased new hard disk, feels not the fair deal.
