Key Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and automate business reports, dashboards, and trackers using Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Macros, VBA, etc.). Design and build custom solutions in Google AppSheet for workflow automation, data collection, and reporting. Integrate Excel/Google Sheets with AppSheet for seamless data flow and process efficiency. Analyze and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights for business decisions. Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation for developed tools. Collaborate with different teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all Excel and AppSheet-based applications. Provide user training and support for developed applications and tools. Continuously identify opportunities to automate manual processes using Excel functions, VBA, and AppSheet workflows. Stay updated with new features in AppSheet, Excel, and Google Workspace to improve efficiency. Preferred Skills: Strong expertise in Advanced Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Charts, VBA/Macros). Hands-on experience with Google AppSheet app development. Knowledge of data visualization and reporting best practices. Problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
