Roles and Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans for software applications using UAT methodologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and ensure successful implementation of user acceptance testing (UAT) processes. Utilize tools such as Bugzilla, JIRA, TestRail, Azure DevOps to manage defects and track progress throughout the development lifecycle. Analyze data from various sources including Excel reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in UAT processes. Provide technical support during system integration tests to resolve issues related to application functionality.

Role & responsibilities: Provide technical support for payroll systems and resolve system issues Assist with setup, configuration, and user support. Monitor system performance and ensure accurate payroll processing. Troubleshoot data discrepancies and reporting errors. Collaborate with HR, finance, and vendors on compliance and updates. system checks, and maintain documentation. Support training, upgrades, and software implementation. Preferred candidate profile : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in technical support or troubleshooting, preferably in payroll or HR software systems.

Role & responsibilities : Automate tests using Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or Ruby Build and maintain test frameworks Perform API testing with Postman, Rest Assured, Karate, and SOAP UI Conduct performance testing using JMeter Log and track defects (e.g., in JIRA) Support CI/CD test integration Contribute to test planning and automation strategy Preferred candidate profile: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
