We have been the part of the SWIL family since 2002, and we have been Unisolve as our basic billing software. I feel the product is the best worth when it comes to our Industry. Their fast ticket system is easy to get our problems solved as well. All in all we are happy that we decided to move with a brand that cares for their customers.

We are associated with SWIL India since 2000. Initially our billing was based on Unisolve. (A solution provided by the company.) Then we Switched over to Retail Graph in August of 2018. We Think that the support could be enhanced more. Otherwise It's been a good journey.
