Design and develop chatbot solutions using Amazon Lex. Build conversational flows, intents, slots, and fulfillment logic in Lex. Integrate Lex chatbots with other AWS services, such as Lambda, DynamoDB, and S3. Test and debug chatbots to ensure optimal performance and user experience. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and refine chatbot functionalities. Monitor chatbot performance and implement improvements based on analytics and user feedback. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in conversational AI and AWS technologies. Requirements Strong experience with Amazon Lex and other AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, etc.). Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript for Lambda functions. Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts. Experience in integrating APIs and third-party tools with chatbots. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of machine learning concepts and frameworks. Experience with voice-based interfaces and multi-channel chatbot deployments.
