Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Brand Marketing Intern/Executive to support brand partnerships, PR, marketing campaigns, consumer research, and offline activations. The role involves working closely with brands, agencies, vendors, internal teams, and external partners to execute marketing initiatives and strengthen Uni Seoul’s brand presence across online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant brand collaboration opportunities; coordinate outreach, partnership proposals, and campaign planning.
• Support the execution of co-branded campaigns, digital collaborations, pop-ups, and offline brand activations.
• Identify and coordinate with vendors, agencies, production partners, and event partners; manage briefs, quotations, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, consumer behaviour, and Gen Z trends to identify relevant marketing opportunities.
• Support PR activities, including media outreach, product launches, brand announcements, PR gifting, and media coordination.
• Assist in planning and executing brand events, pop-ups, and on-ground marketing initiatives, including logistics and vendor coordination.
• Monitor campaign performance, partnership outcomes, media coverage, and brand mentions; maintain trackers and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with partner brands, agencies, vendors, internal teams, media partners, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Support cost comparisons, vendor negotiations, budget tracking, and timely delivery of marketing activities.
• Research emerging brands, K-culture, social media trends, and youth culture to develop relevant campaign ideas and brand initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in brand marketing, partnerships, PR, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Good understanding of brand collaborations, digital marketing, social media, and offline activations.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with an eye for consumer behaviour and cultural trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Creative thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong interest in youth culture, lifestyle brands, retail, fashion, beauty, K-culture, and emerging consumer trends.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, Canva, and presentation-making tools.
