Job Summary

We’re looking for a sharp, driven Influencer Marketing Sr. Manager / Head to take charge of the entire Influencer Marketing department. This role isn’t just about running campaigns—it’s about leading from the front, owning end-to-end execution, and making sure every campaign hits hard and delivers real results. You’ll be the go-to for all things influencer—from strategy to negotiation to execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals
• Build and nurture relationships with influencers through outreach and communication.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, creators, and talent agencies
• Plan and manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, including briefs, timelines, and performance tracking
• Monitor campaign timelines and budgets to ensure successful execution.
• Manage the budget allocated to influencer marketing campaigns.
• Negotiate compensation and terms with influencers to ensure cost effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencer platforms
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance in all influencer communications
• Identify new opportunities for influencer partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 3–6 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketing
• Proven track record of executing successful influencer campaigns
• Strong network of influencers and/or agency contacts is a plus
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in influencer marketing tools and analytics platforms
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
