Role Overview

Solebs is looking for a Influencer Marketing Executive/ Talent Management Executive who will be responsible for creator onboarding and relationship building within the influencer marketing industry, with a primary focus on bringing relevant creators into Solebs' talent network.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and approach relevant creators across social media platforms to expand Solebs’ creator network.
• Introduce Solebs’ talent management services and manage the end-to-end creator onboarding process.
• Communicate onboarding terms, requirements, and expectations, ensuring all necessary details and documentation are collected.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators through regular communication and engagement.
• Maintain an updated creator database, including profile details, contact information, onboarding status, and collaboration preferences.
• Curate relevant creator profiles and coordinate with internal teams to facilitate suitable brand collaborations.
• Coordinate with creators regarding campaign briefs, content guidelines, timelines, deliverables, and collaboration-related follow-ups, wherever required.
• Address creator queries, resolve coordination issues, and identify opportunities to strengthen long-term creator partnerships.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Talent Management, Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, or a related role.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and the influencer marketing industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with creators and build professional relationships.
• Good negotiation and coordination skills.
• Strong follow-up and relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining creator records and trackers.
• Ability to manage multiple creators and tasks with timely follow-ups.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with creators/influencers or talent networks.
• Understanding of creator onboarding and influencer marketing workflows.
• Ability to identify and approach relevant creators based on brand/category requirements.
• Strong relationship-building skills with a creator-first approach.
• Experience in creator outreach, onboarding, or talent coordination will be preferred.
• Candidates who are proactive, organised, and comfortable with regular creator communication.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
