Job Description

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Influencer Marketing Executive to manage influencer collaborations, build brand partnerships, and increase brand awareness across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and shortlist relevant influencers, content creators, fitness influencers, and social media personalities.
• Reach out to influencers for brand collaborations and promotional activities.
• Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, and pricing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers.
• Coordinate influencer campaigns from planning to execution.
• Brief influencers about brand requirements, campaign objectives, and content expectations.
• Monitor influencer content, campaign performance, reach, engagement, and leads.
• Explore opportunities for barter collaborations and paid partnerships.
• Maintain an influencer database and track campaign progress.
• Coordinate with the internal marketing team to ensure timely execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Ability to identify relevant influencers and evaluate their audience engagement.
• Strong networking and relationship-management skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple influencer collaborations simultaneously.

Language Requirements

• Kannada – Mandatory: Fluency in speaking and communicating with Kannada-speaking influencers and creators.
• English – Good communication skills preferred.
• Knowledge of additional regional languages will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Brand Partnerships, or Social Media Marketing preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication and negotiation skills may also apply.
