We are looking for a regional language-speaking Influencer Marketing Executive to help scale creator partnerships and influencer campaigns for Flo Mattress. Key Responsibilities● Influencer Discovery & Onboarding: Identify, research, and shortlist influencers aligned with the brand’s target audience, values, and positioning.● End-to-End Campaign Management: Manage complete influencer campaign lifecycles including outreach, negotiations, brief coordination, and execution.● Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with creators, talent managers, and influencer marketing agencies.● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal content and design teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery and brand alignment.● Performance Tracking & Analytics: Track and measure campaign metrics including engagement rate, reach, impressions, conversions, and ROI.● Database & Pipeline Operations: Maintain structured influencer databases, campaign trackers, and collaboration records in Excel.● Content Repurposing: Identify high-performing creator-generated content to repurpose across performance ads, website assets, and broader marketing campaigns.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
