Influencer Marketing Associate

Lakyou Beauty is a fast-growing beauty and cosmetics brand offering premium makeup and skincare products designed for every skin tone and beauty enthusiast. We are looking for a creative, passionate, and result-driven Influencer Marketing Executive to build meaningful creator partnerships, drive brand awareness, and increase sales through influencer collaborations.

Job Summary

The Influencer Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing influencer campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Moj, and other social platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, be updated with social media trends, and understand the beauty and cosmetics industry.

Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer Outreach & Relationship Management

• Identify and onboard relevant nano, micro, macro, and celebrity influencers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators, agencies, and talent managers.
• Negotiate commercial collaborations and barter partnerships.
• Maintain an updated influencer database with contact details, categories, audience demographics, and performance history.

Campaign Planning & Execution

• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns for product launches, festive campaigns, and brand awareness.
• Coordinate product dispatches and ensure timely content delivery.
• Prepare detailed influencer briefs and campaign guidelines.
• Ensure content aligns with Lakyou Beauty's brand identity and marketing objectives.

Content Coordination

• Review influencer content before publishing.
• Coordinate with the creative, social media, and performance marketing teams.
• Suggest trending content ideas and campaign concepts.
• Monitor social media trends, viral formats, and emerging creators.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Track campaign KPIs including:
• Reach
• Engagement Rate
• Impressions
• Views
• Clicks
• Sales & Conversions
• ROI
• Prepare weekly and monthly campaign reports.
• Recommend optimization strategies based on campaign performance.

Brand Representation

• Attend influencer events, PR launches, exhibitions, and brand activations when required.
• Represent Lakyou Beauty professionally while interacting with creators and partners.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and creator marketing.
• Knowledge of beauty, makeup, and skincare trends.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Analytical mindset with reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with influencer platforms and social media analytics tools is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, PR, Social Media Marketing, or Brand Marketing.
• Prior experience with a beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or D2C brand is preferred.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
