Not at all organized. Nobody picks up the calls. They don't know what is happening to the samples.They call after 11 in the night to collect the OTP . Pathetic.

I have taken a RT PCR test. They came to my home for collecting the sample but they didn't send me the report. I have to follow up with them like anything and whenever I called they kept saying that you will get it. They stopped answering the calls after sometime
