Job Title: Measurement Executive Company: Infiniti Concepts Location: Bengaluru (with site visits as required) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a Measurement Executive who will take complete responsibility for on-site measurements, technical assessments, and execution supervision for our premium interior and exterior overlay products. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of site conditions, be skilled in technical feasibility checks, and ensure precision and quality during project execution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Site Measurement & Analysis Take accurate and detailed measurements for flooring, cladding, decking, and other related works. Prepare clear and complete measurement reports for project planning and execution. Analyze site working conditions and identify any potential challenges before execution. Conduct technical feasibility checks and recommend practical solutions where required. 2. Project Supervision & Execution Support Visit sites during various stages of work to ensure smooth progress and adherence to specifications. Coordinate closely with carpenters, technicians, and labor teams to maintain superior finishing and workmanship. Provide technical guidance and on-site direction to ensure timely and quality completion of work. Monitor installation methods and ensure alignment with company standards and product guidelines. 3. Coordination & Communication Coordinate effectively with site engineers, project managers, and clients/owners for project updates. Communicate clearly about any on-site deviations, issues, or additional requirements. Maintain professional conduct and ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement. 4. Travel & Mobility Be flexible to travel and visit multiple project sites across the city or nearby regions as per work requirements. Ensure timely attendance and reporting from each site visit. Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (preferred). 2–5 years of experience in site measurements, interior fit-outs, or similar roles. Strong technical understanding of wood flooring, decking, cladding, and installation processes. Good knowledge of tools, measuring instruments, and site safety norms. Ability to handle teams of carpenters and site workers efficiently. Excellent communication and coordination skills (both verbal and written). Eye for detail and strong commitment to quality workmanship. Willingness to travel as per project requirements. Personal Attributes: Responsible and self-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
