Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a food technologist Research and Development Assistant located in Ahmedabad. The Research and Development Assistant will be responsible for conducting research, performing laboratory tasks, analyzing data, and assisting in the development of new food products. Daily tasks will include maintaining detailed records, preparing reports, and collaborating with the R&D team to ensure the successful execution of projects. Qualifications Food technologist Research and Development (R&D) and Research skills Proficient Analytical Skills Strong product research and development Skills is must. Excellent Communication skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field Experience in the food industry is a must candidate having experiance with bakery and blending and beverage premixes can hold first priority on selection.
