It's a fraud company the product Is damaged and I went to customer care and they no response so beware don't buy any product from this company amazon and flipkart are far amazing then this in return and refund

Stay away from this site.They are running a fraud!! They take part- payment money before the order and refuse to return it later on after order completion. In this way they dupe and cheat thousands and thousands of customers.I am a victim of this. Stay away!!

Stupidity level of their customer service asvisor and even supervisor is something that cannot be matched. Be ready to listen to illogical excuses and standard answer " We cannot help you" This company is not even worth giving a try.

Very Very Disappointed, Ordered A product 2 Times but every time cancelled by Industry Buying at the time of delivery. Wasted my 22 days, first order cancelled after 11 days at the time of delivery, same thing with second order.

ordered 75 GSM paper - they sent torn packages with low quality 65 gsm papers. they don't refund - I believe complete frauds.

100% A FRAUD COMPANY, PLACED A PREPAID ORDER WHICH NEVER GOT DELIVERED BUT I GOT SMS AND EMAIL FROM THE COMPANY SAYING ITS BEEN DELIVERED. CALL CUSTOMER SERVICES SAID THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING. JUST RAISED THE COMPLAINT NO - 893779 . COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Very poor customer post sales service. I dont recommend IndustryBuying to anyone - they eventually push customer to contact the principal / OEM. Industry Buying does not take any ownership.

I ordered 3M products but a copy product was sent by AVA INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED. This clear shows that industry buying is selling lots of fake products. We will file consumer case on Industry buying and AVA INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED
