Order arrived 2 days before estimated time. Outer box was dammaged, thankfully there was no damage to product carry case. Product box is complete with a user manual, chisel and a pointed tips, 3 drill bits and extra set of carbon brush. Connected to power and tried all modes operation. Working perfectly as described.

Pathetic service.. I have ordered items in industry buying twice and the material was never dispatched. The call center just keeps giving a further date. with no accountability. I was penalized heavily by my end client for the delays.. I would recommend persons with professional commitment to never use this platform.

Reliable e-commerce store. Product are delivered at right time, no mismatch.. Keep doing the best.. Price is reasonable compared to other e-commerse sites.

There is no customer service. They will simply blame things on customer and will keep asking unreasonable proof. Will not help you at all no matter what the issue is. Do not buy anything from them, if at all tou buy be aready to have very bad days of your life. I am sure this company will shutdown soon as they deserve to.

i am buying the product from this side every month but till now not facing any issue for payment, delivery or quality . only one negative point is they call every day 2 to 3 times. its is very harassing.

It's a fraud company. Beware guys. Yash (Sales person) promised the delivery in 24 hours and once the payment is received, he changed the delivery to 15 days and now, not even refunding the payment. it is totally a fraud company.
