Role Overview: As an Industry Subject Matter Advisor, you will work closely with client project teams to provide expertise in various domains, ensuring successful solution design and delivery. Your role will involve collaborating with diverse teams, analyzing project requirements, and offering insights to drive effective decision-making and project outcomes. You will play a crucial role in guiding teams through challenges and implementing best practices in solution delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and provide strategic guidance to ensure alignment with client objectives. Qualifications Required: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Standard Edition. - Strong understanding of microservices architecture and design principles. - Experience in developing RESTful APIs and integrating with various data sources. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
