Could you be the full-time Industrial Quality Engineer in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu were looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates. You'll ensure the compliance of products and parts delivered by ALSTOM facilities, making a significant impact on the quality of our transport solutions. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (Production, Industrial, Testing, Supply Chain), conduct inspections, and much more. Youll specifically take care of rolling stock fitted car inspection and customer management, but also develop rigorous control plans for rolling stock inspection to achieve zero customer complaints. Well look to you for: Encouraging and promoting proper quality criteria to production teams Performing on-site root cause analysis and verification of corrective actions Collating and evaluating quality data to identify process improvement opportunities Contributing to site improvement actions and programs related to the Industrial Quality scope Functionally managing a team of inspectors Reporting KPIs, defects, and quality incidents Driving a culture of 'Right First Time' to increase quality performance All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
