Tendering & Sales Executive Job Overview: We are looking for a Tendering cum Sales executive to manage the complete tendering process and provide sales support across IPWTs key business areas: Munciple Equipment waste handling & drainage maintenance solutions. Special Purpose Vehicles Disaster Management rescue & emergency respones vehicles. Aviation Ground Support Equipment (AGSE) refuellers & service units you will work on projects for municipal bodies, disaster management agencies, and the aviation sector, ensuring smooth bid prepration, vendor coordination, and professional client communication. Role & responsibilities TENDERING MANAGEMENT Manage complete bid preparation by evaluating Pre-Qualification (PQ) and Technical Qualification (TQ) requirements. Identify, compile, and verify all documents required for tender submission. Interact with vendors for technical and commercial offers, negotiate pricing, and secure competitive quotations. Handle online tender submissions on GeM, E-Procurement and other government/semi-government portals, including vendor registration, renewals, and DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) management. Coordinate internally for approvals, tender fees, EMD, and security deposits. Prepare contract agreements in coordination with the legal team. Maintain healthy customer relations by addressing queries and providing timely updates throughout the tender cycle. Collaborate with the technology team to align bid strategy with technical solutions. Take initiative in using relevant online resources, market intelligence tools, or technology to gather tender insights and enhance bid quality. Sales Coordination & Support Assist the Sales Director in preparing technical-commercial proposals, quotations, and sales orders. Follow up on leads, tender status, and payment collections. Maintain a customer database and prepare sales/MIS reports for management. Coordinate with agents and distributors (India & overseas) for project feedback, new opportunities, and commission settlements. Support execution of sales strategies to meet targets across all product verticals. Ensure professional communication with clients via phone, email, and meetings, maintaining IPWTs service standards. Desired Candidate Profile - Graduate/Undergraduate/Postgraduate (B.Com, B.Tech/B.E. preferred; Mechanical/Engineering background an advantage). Experience in tendering, bidding, or sales coordination in industrial equipment, manufacturing, engineering, infrastructure, or government supply sectors (experience in special purpose vehicles or municipal/aviation equipment is an added advantage). Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Good interpersonal, negotiation, and coordination skills . Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to use available tools, technology, and online resources to improve tender analysis, document preparation, and overall work efficiency Familiarity with GeM, E-procurement and government tendering processes preferred
