Job Summary

Industrial Automation Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct

  theory and practical training

  on Industrial Automation.
• Provide hands-on training in

  PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD/Drives, and control systems

  .
• Develop training materials, practical exercises, assignments, and projects.
• Guide trainees in

  real-time industrial automation projects

  .
• Troubleshoot technical issues during practical sessions.
• Conduct assessments and evaluate trainee performance.
• Explain automation concepts in a simple and effective manner.
• Stay updated with the latest

  industrial automation technologies and industry trends

  .
• Support trainees with project development and technical guidance.
• Maintain training quality and ensure effective learning outcomes.

Required Technical Skills

• PLC Programming

  Siemens / Allen-Bradley / Mitsubishi / Delta or equivalent

• SCADA

• HMI

• VFD / Drives

• Industrial Sensors & Actuators
• Control Panels & Industrial Control Systems
• Basic knowledge of

  Industrial Networking and Communication Protocols

• Basic knowledge of

  DCS/BMS

  will be an added advantage

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in

  Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related field

  .

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

  in Industrial Automation, training, commissioning, maintenance, or related industry.
• Strong practical knowledge of automation systems.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to conduct

  hands-on, project-based training

  .
• Candidates with prior

  Industrial Automation training experience

  will be preferred.
