In this role, you will be responsible for managing scheduling for company executive(s), drafting, reviewing, and sending communications on behalf of company executive(s), organizing and preparing for meetings including gathering documents and attending to logistics, answering and responding to phone calls, communicating messages and information to the executive, prioritizing emails, responding when necessary, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining various records and documents for company executive(s).
