Job Description: GST Returns Executive

Location: Andheri – Chakala, Mumbai
Department: Indirect Tax (IDT)
Experience: 1–3 years
Qualification: Graduate (B.Com preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Executive with experience in GST return filing and compliance. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with GST returns, reconciliations, and indirect tax compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
• Reconcile GSTR-2B with purchase registers and identify discrepancies.
• Assist with GST input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation and claim verification.
• Review sales and purchase data for GST compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain GST records, documentation, and compliance trackers.
• Assist in preparing data for GST audits, assessments, and departmental notices.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for collecting GST-related information.
• Ensure timely filing of returns and adherence to statutory deadlines.

Required Skills

• Practical experience in GST return preparation and filing.
• Knowledge of GST provisions, compliance requirements, and ITC rules.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
