Role & responsibilities: -

  • Procurement of spares & consumables materials.
  • RFQ management, techno-commercial evaluation, vendor negotiation, and order finalization.
  • Purchase Order creation and follow-up in SAP/ERP.
  • Vendor development, performance monitoring, and alternate source identification.
  • Coordination with Engineering, Maintenance, Products and Other Departments.
  • Ensure timely material availability and compliance with procurement policies.

Key Skills:

  • Indirect procurement and MRO purchasing experience.
  • SAP/ERP/MS OFFICE knowledge.
  • Vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and follow-up abilities.
