Very rude staff especially counter 18 supervisor. Not polite, not courteous nor helpful. Avoid indigo or atleast jaipur Indigo flight

They are a scam.. they charged me 17,000 inr for my hand luggage which was excess of 5kgs.. Firstly they check hand luggage weight.. I'm not aware of any airline who weighs hand luggages. Just for 5kgs extra they made me check-in my hand …

Very bad experience, jaipur airport staff of indigo are very bad in behavior. I request you to all please boycott jaipur indigo office and flight.
