Worst service by indigo ticketing office staff at cochin domestic departure. Due to traffic,I missed the flight and went to get adjusted to next flight. But they keep saying to come before 1 hr of departure. Though unsold seats were available, but didn't adjust me in flight. And was forcing to buy 8-9 times costlier ticket.
