Sometimes one faces strange situation ! I had excess luggage to what Go First flight allowed in flight from Pune to Delhi, their charges to carry two bags of 22kg. Were prohibitively costly for me so booked these bags by indigo cargo..... Much less than normal airline charges.... But one has to work hard to save money.

The staff helped us with the printout of the tickets and also verified the senior passengers ID's who were not having the adhaar card in person. The indigo's security personnel helped in the baggage and the boarding pass as well.

Very poor pathetic service. Trying to contact the customer care center since 2 hours, it gets connected and you are kept on hold for ever. Trying to edit my booking through website, it is not possible.

Horrible service, I was at the counter to catch an instant flight but they said system is not working hence they can’t give a ticket. Why have they opened a counter if they can’t cater to instant flight requirements. Very very poor service and to top it up completely irresponsible staff.
