Pretty bad experience with Indigo in the recent past few travels. Delayed flights, misplaced baggage, rude ground staff and unaccountable people manning the check-in desks and baggage claim section . The days of on-time performance and professionalism are long gone. Would definitely prefer other airlines where the options exit

Indigo airlines standards have gone down drastically, we thought after penalties and punishments they will improve but nevertheless we see the same low standards from airlines.
