The service was excellent. The employees of indigo air ticket booking office were very very helpful. This was our first flight and they provided thorough guidance and instructions.

Be aware whoever is visiting, this is not a Indigo booking office, rather a travel agent/Dalal also they don't return the full amount if you cancel your tickets. Quite bad experience for me.
