They're always seen busy texting ! If you've got a query, then pls wait until they're free from their mobiles . Airline really needs to train their staff a lil in professionalism at least when you're at the desk.

Around 20 min I was standing in front of the desk and she was not able to clear out one passenger. Time is precious and I hope Indigo ground officers should understand this.

No information regarding departure/ arrival terminal is available. Helpdesk should attend calls personally who can't follow recorded message or information. Please provide personal and human attended calls where many can be helpful
