Extremely disappointed with gate management team of flight 6E 823. Very poor crowd management, made all the passengers stand for almost over 30 mins.

Ahmedabad Airport Domestic Terminal is handling passengers quite well in these testing times. I flew by Indigo on 1st July to have a good experience adhering to all the safety norms.

I would like to appreciate Indigo staff member, Virendrasingh Deval working on Ahmedabad domestic airport. My father's phone was misplaced and this man found it and returned. He was extremely polite and even denied when offered some reward. Indigo- you have a great staff, thank you.
